fun fun fun at the fair!

i had so much fun at the fair at my old high school, st. paul college pasig, last night. it was so so so so so so so so so so so (i think you get my point ^^) much FUN last night at the variety show. ^^ not only because the show kicked ass, but also because it's the first time in a looooooooong time that i spent time with the pop peeps and i sooooooooo miss them!

anyways, the variety show started with a performance by the preschoolers after the singing of the pambansang awit by MAC. after that, the grade school faculty gave their performance. then there was a fashion show called couture 2004 and i went on commenting on the models and their clothes (i couldn't help it! i'm sorry!). i mean, it is a fashion show and fashion shows are supposed to help you appreciate a certain style of clothes or wearing clothes or mixing up clothes. if the models can't project the clothes well, then they wouldn't make good models. i expect models to be able to bring the clothes he/she is wearing even if the clothes are hilarious or terrible.

then, the akafellas went on stage. dude, they are cool. i mean, they didn't sing with instruments but if you listened to them, it was like they had instuments. too bad the sound system of st. paul still isn't nice so you can't really understand what they were saying or singing. but it's alright because it was still fun to listen to them and dance to their songs!

after that was a dating game that was kinda lame and really boring. so, during the dating game, edward and apple went out to eat dinner and john louie and i talked about our plan to make a game. well, i told him about where to possibly go to college so that he can concentrate on specializing in making games. we also talked about making our own company and the expenses and the requirements we might need and all that stuff. also, we planned on where to start getting the income to raise capital for our game company. ^^ i know, i know. it's too early for us to be planning like this but it's our dream. we want to reach our dream. we really want to do this. ^^

after that, the dance troupe (of the high school) danced and i must say that they've evolved. i LOVE the way they dance now. they are like sooooooo COOL! before, the dances were a bit too girly but now, it's really streetdancing. it true blue straight to the core streetdancing. it was absolutely duply cool.

john louie and i went outside to eat dinner after that performance and we talked about abs-cbn, and animax, and axn, and animes. weird combination of topics, huh? well, we just really talked about dubbing anime's and how to buy or get licenses to broadcast or dub or whatever animes. it was really fun. i mean, sure we were speculating some of the things we were thinking about but it's really fun. most of the things we were just guessing actually made sense. ^^

after eating dinner, we went back inside. it was the high school faculty's turn to perform. actually, they were already performing but it was still cool. i was still able to watch a lot of kick ass performances by the high school faculty. they had this part where some teachers were pretending to be erik santos, and rachel ann go, and sheryn regis, and christian bautista, and sarah geronimo. i was taken aback because they sang really good. and the teacher (he was new so i don't know him) who pretended to be erik santos was soooooo CUTE! ahehehe...^^

then ntwine went on stage and they were absolutely TIGHT! as in they were really good. i mean, i was sweating so much after their performance because i was having so much fun dancing to them. they sang lots of cool songs like songs by black eyed peas. what was really cool was that one of the lead female singers was actually once a paulinian at st. paul pasig. how soo mondo cool is that? she sings so well and she can reach really high pitches. and she can groove quite well too. ^^ i'm definitely going to save money to buy their album. ^^

after ntwine was mark abaya's band (whose name i don't know) and they ROCKED, literally! the singer was sooooooo ENERGETIC, like an energizer bunny who goes on and on and on and on. ahahahahahahahaha! :D even dianne started rocking (even though it was the last song because it was the only one she knew) to their performance.

and of course, one of the much awaited performances came on stage. it was time for "THE SIRS"! and sir ducay was there! he left last year or this year, i think (i'm not sure) and he was soooooo COOL! teachers rock the best, i tell you. ^^ they sang noypi which made john louie get up and dance (at last!) and they were absolutely great!

after that, we went home and on the way home (we hitched a ride with edward) john louie was like CRAZY! i mean, i think he had too much sugar after the show (he only drank one cup of ice tea which baffles me to why he acted so loony after drinking). but one thing i can say is that I HAD A BLAST! i'm happy i went to the fair and spent time with my friends. i missed them and i'm happy. i haven't had that much fun after soooooo loooooong. i'm happy. ^^
